Free Services

• Basic listing consisting of a single page containing text and up to 5 images including logos and maps.
• A basic response form that allows enquiries to be entered online and sent to the provided email address. The usage of this form is highly recommended since it reduces the spam (junk messages) being sent to your email address.
• Basic editing and updating of the information listed on the basic page provided that all information and communication is done by email and not by phone, fax or in person.
• Basic SEO optimisation, keywords, Google maps and blogging services to promote that page.

Note: Although all the above is free it does not mean that the quality, effort, copy, promotion or final result is inferior in any way. I take personal pride in making this single free page as good as it can possibly be. In many cases the results achieved from this "optimised" single page listing is better than the results achieved from entire websites costing thousands of rands.

Commercial Services

NOTE: All commercial services will be estimated in advance and payment is due immediately on the satisfactory completion of the page or website. The standard refund policy applies. Basically this means that if you are not happy for whatever reason, you get your money back!

1. Customised Response Form This is a form with custom fields and information instead of the standard response form. In many cases the use of such a form is advantageous due to the quality of the information provided. The rate is R100 (for 12 months) This includes setting up the form and applying all required changes. Due to the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of such a form including all relevant security updates, this is an annual fee.
2. Additional Pages This is another page describing other aspects of the business or products. This includes adding a custom menu that only appear on the relevant pages that link to all your pages on Krooninfo. The cost is a very reasonable R100 per page including adding photos and text. Given that this is a once-off cost, it is a highly effective and cost efficient way to promote your business, services or products. All product pages, special advertisements or promotions will be treated as an additional page. Placing an advertisement therefore on this website will therefore only cost R100. Note that if graphic material such as photos and artwork for logos etc are not supplied in digital format, additional charges will apply.
3. Banner Advertisements Banner advertisements are charged at either a rate per 1000 impressions or by click-through rate. Rates are estimated based on the size of banner selected. Typically this translates to a cost of R75 per 1000 impressions or R75 for click-throughs. Use the contact form to enquire about the details.
4. Krooninfo Sub-Sites This is a website such as mysite.krooninfo.co.za where "mysite" is the name of your company, product or service. This is in effect a fully fledged website, only the domain name identifies it as a sub-domain of Krooninfo. Certain restrictions do apply, but in practice you get a complete, fully fledged, working website without taking any short cuts. A similar website will cost many thousands of rands to build and hundreds of rands to host, but here you get it all for a very reasonable R500 including 12 months hosting. This is unbeatable value for businesses that want rapid results while recovering their investment as soon as possible. It is also ideally suited for those that want to promote themselves online without the outlay of many thousands of rands.
5. Consulting services An hourly rate, typically R200 per hour is charged for ad-hoc consulting services. A reduced rate for training can be arranged.
6. Independent Websites These are stand-alone complete websites with their own domains etc. The complete price for such a site is typically R2000 including 6 months free hosting. These websites are not a business function of Krooninfo, but fall under the services provided by Intermark Internet Marketing.
7. Meetings and Travel All the above costs are based on the assumption that communication is by email, instant messaging or Skype. Where face-to-face contact is required, the rates for ad-hoc consulting will apply in addition to applicable travel costs. Again these costs will be estimated and presented in advance of any such contact or meeting. Only limited uncharged phone contact and support is allowed, specifically for issues that mandate the opening of a trouble ticket. I realise that this is a contentious issue, but given the low cost/maximum results model employed on Krooninfo, I simply cannot afford to spend hours in endless (and pointless) meetings. I really do try to be lenient and help people but there is a very thin line where it becomes abuse. In the past I have received reams and reams of material that I had to re-type and place on Krooninfo for free (while it was produced on the computer in the first place) which resulted in myself being bogged down for days on end. Unfortunately I cannot allow that situation to develop again - if you want to see me face-to-face, it is going to cost money.
