Krooninfo Refund Policy

Our refund policy is really simple:

• If you are unhappy, you get your money back.
• The small print:
  • Refunds will be calculated pro rata starting from the closest start of a calendar month. If you paid for a twelve months and you decide that you are unhappy after three months you are refunded the full amount for the remaining nine months.
  • The really small print:
    • Refunds are made within the next calendar month from the date of the first notification

Hang on, you said everything is free?

• Yes, a basic one page listing including a basic response form on Krooninfo.co.za is 100% free. However there are paid services such as the customisation of the response form, more than one page, specific product pages, banner advertisements, a sub-site on Krooninfo or ad-hoc consulting and training. Those services are sold for a time-limited period.
• All paid for services are quoted up-front. No surprises, ever!
